DIY Osprey V22-Style VTOL Drone

We've developed a custom controller system with RGB lighting and a 2 km signal range using an NRF24 module. The controller features a display, can store and play multiple audio tracks, and wirelessly controls connected systems. It communicates with a secondary board powered by an ESP32, which handles all pins, extracts PWM signals, and drives a motor controller.

The drone itself is powered by four 100W lithium-ion battery packs with integrated BMS for long-lasting power. Equipped with MN6007 II motors and dual P22 propellers, it can lift up to 13 kg with ease. Built in the style of an Osprey V22, it features VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) capabilities, offering stable and extended flight times for high-performance aerial operations.
